Like any other girl, I love me a nude lip, but every once in a while, I like a red lip as well. This is my small collection of reds. I've been personally loving reds for the good part of 2 years, and I still have a couple of colors that I haven't yet collected, but I'm hoping to add to my collection of growing lip products! (This is a quick guide for those of you who are celebrating V-day with some bright red lips!)

I have to say that by far my favorite is the L'oreal Colour Caresse Wet Shine Stain. Second would be the YSL lipstick in Le Orange. I love wearing the YSL lipstick during the summer time, because it gives off such a fun and vibrant color.

I used to use the NYX gloss in Apricot a lot before when I was just starting out in reds. I don't use it that much anymore, because I find that it's sticky, and it's not as dark as I like my reds to be now. I picked up the OCC lip tar in Black Dahlia after I saw Jenn Im's video on her makeup. I fell in love with the dark cherry red. Which I wasn't sure if I wanted to include in this post because it was so dark, that it was almost a black lip color.

I'm looking into grabbing the YSL lip stain, and possibly the Hourglass one as well. What recommendations do you have for red lip colors?
