Little Projects
Hi everyone! Sorry I've been MIA for the last week or so. I've been having really bad coughs lately, especially at night, so that is why I haven't been on blogger lately. But I do want to let you know, that I have been busy making little things here and there.
So in case you guys didn't know, I haven't been crafting lately, and that might have something to do with the fact that I tried really hard to not visit the craft store for a little under 2 months, but I finally gave in this weekend, because I had a 25% off coupon to Michael's.
This is one of the small projects, I've been working on:
For those of you wondering, I picked up some Tori Spelling products, a month or so ago, and I went to Michael's and picked up more this weekend. The name of the product is called the Glitz Faste Brillo.
And of course you can't make a cobra bracelet without plastic lace. For those of you wondering where the plastic lace is in the craft stores, it's usually in the children's section. I'm not sure how else to explain it. You know where they keep the kid's canyons, and paint stuff? Well that's where you will find it.
The bracelet. I'm in love with the double chain.
The ring, I made. I was kind of like eh why not try to make a ring. So then I decided wth just do it!
The back side of the ring, I decided to put a metal chain. It's different from the Tori Spelling chain, because I didn't want to use up that chain. That chain is EXPENSIVE!
For those of you wondering how to do a square knot, I learned from this youtube video. All you have to do is do the square knot 2 times or 3 times depending on how thick you want your bracelet. (If you are confused about how to do the square knot 2 times over just youtube cobra bracelet)
Anyway just in case, I'm not online tomorrow reading blog posts, or whatever, I want to wish you all a happy halloween! Even if you don't celebrate it, just eat a piece of candy! :)
What are you dressing up as for halloween?
As for myself, I'm going to be staying home and handing out candy. Because you know, this whole being sick thing is not cool.
