I wanted to show you how I dress if I'm going to go grab a drink with some friends, and I don't want to look underdressed, but I don't want to look overly dressed as well. I'm actually getting into accessorizing my outfits now, so I try to grab a hat, and some sunglasses before I leave the house. Even though the sun sets at 6PM now, it's always good to have a little bit of shade from the sun! This dress from Zaful is casual enough for me to throw on a belt, and wear my flats with.  You don't need to wear heels, if you don't want to. I'm actually against wearing things that will hurt me.  I really love this dress, because the sleeves are big, and there's lace on them. Plus if you are sick of wearing black dresses like me all of the time, it's always good to have a little red dress in your closet!

For those of you who have busy schedules like me, you're probably wondering how can I make my outfit work from day to night? I work an 8-5 job, and sometimes when I get off from work, I'm rushing because I want to make happy hour with my friends, or co-workers. This is an easy way to transition from day to night!  I like wearing something light like this top from Zaful, because it's simple, and it's easy to put away into my Longchamp backpack after I get off from work.
This longchamp backpack is big enough to fold up my clothes, and put them in there. The top is so lightweight and doesn't wrinkle easy so that's why I love wearing this floral top to work!  And I'm seriously in love with these Zaful sunglasses, because they are similar to some expensive brand sunglasses, but for a fraction of the price!  For those of you who are wondering what I put in my backpack, there's a notebook, my ipad, and my pencil case that I bring to work.

Hey guys! So it's been awhile since I've done a picture diary post on here, so I decided to do it now, for those of you who are curious to see what I've been up to. I've been trying to get in the habit of vlogging, but it's hard, when I don't usually pull my camera out. Found these bomb.com cheese puffs at Trader Joe's. I only ate around 10 of them, because my brother got a hold of the bag, and ate the rest. -_- Slapfish is always good! Fried pickles from Slapfish. Really big and crispy. Look at how big this strawberry is compared to the lip balm! It's like the same height! Mother's Day food. #nomnom A sneak peek of an outfit that I'm going to be photographed in next week! Wait for the blog post!  Don't know if you can see, but that flat mole below my bottom lip is pretty much all gone! My dermatologist got rid of it for me. Now all I need is to get rid of 2 more, and I'm all good! Grabbed some Korean BBQ with my friend this week! Uber delicious! By the way I don't usually post a lot of these random pictures on instagram, because I don't want to spam a lot of you guys with a ton of pictures all at once, so hence the picture diary that I do every once in a while on here. Hey guys! So if you don't already know, I don't usually cover events, because I just don't... But this one is exceptional. So I was invited by YelpOC to go to the SOS Wild and Crazy Taco Night. SOS stands for Share Our Selves, which is a organization that helps low income families with their healthcare. I fully believe in giving when it's for a good cause. Tickets were around $70 to $150, and they do this every year (I didn't know that this was done every year until I went this year), I'm pretty sure I would go back again next year, because this event was amazing!

Hey guys! So today, I have an awesome post for those of you who love cute things like me! I was so excited to get the Kawaii Box in the mail this weekend! It was filled with all sorts of amazingly cute things! So let's get into it shall we? First thing when I opened the box was this cute hand written card on the top, and there was pink tissue paper after that! Can you just imagine all the kawaiiness coming out already? :)

So I do reviews on products, but I don't think I've ever done a what I put on my face routine. This is what I usually like to put on my face, if I'm in a serious grind for time. This is the fastest way for me to apply my makeup. And if I'm not applying any eye makeup, which for those of who who don't know, I rarely put on eyeshadow. I usually just apply a little bit of eyeliner! This routine takes me about 10 minutes, and I'm out of the door! This is in order of what I apply to my face.

So 2014 was a crazy year to me. If I were being honest there were definitely ups and downs. Which is not a bad thing, because you got to take the bad with the good.

Hey guys! So if you haven't seen my previous blog post, I have been trying to eat better, and cleaner. So today I present to you Activz. I've been drinking their Greens Smoothie, and it tastes as good as my own green smoothie, maybe even better, because it comes out smooth, as opposed to having chunks. And this is for all of you who ate like a bunch of ham, and other yummy stuff for christmas, and are starting to think, oh hey, new year's resolutions are coming up!

Hey guys! So it's that time of the year again, where I make a wish list of all the items that I wanted! For those of you who don't know, I did make a wish list in 2012, and I once again made a wish list this summer before my birthday. I think I accomplished 90% of the items on my wish list from 2012, and for summer of 2014, I got around 40% of the items on that list. So here's to another wish list for this Christmas to possibly next year for me to purchase all of the items on this list (By the way I put a couple of repeats that I wasn't able to get from the past 2 lists).

Mocassins - I've been wanting a pair of moccasins for a long while now. Still haven't found any that I really love, but I'm hoping that I will be able to find a pair soon. That reminds me that I need a pair of boat shoes as well.

Apple Trackpad - I already have the magic mouse, but I want the trackpad, so that way I can use either. And the trackpad has a bigger surface.

Watch - I've found the perfect watch that I want to buy from storenvy. I'll probably pick it up sometime before the end of this year! It's not as expensive as the Nixon watch that I featured, but it should still be a good watch.

Chromecast - I've been meaning to buy this for a while. I don't like having to connect my macbook to my TV with a cable, just to watch Netflix. I was thinking about either this or AppleTV, but this is $35, which to me is a better deal. And I can control this from my tablet. Win, win! Just bought this earlier this week! So pretty excited to be able to watch netflix on my TV now.

Rebecca Minkoff MAC Bag - I want the larger one of this, not the Mini, because I already have the mini 5 zip. And yes I just recently bought the Rebecca Minkoff MAB. But I want something that's medium sized. I want this in silver hardware, because a lot of the purses I have, have gold hardware. I just bought this purse this weekend, but in the brown color.

I'm grateful that I have a roof over my head, food on the table, and people to share all of this with. I'm also grateful that I have a computer to be able to type this on, a tablet, and my iPhone.

Happy Thanksgiving to all of my readers in the USA! If you aren't in the USA, then happy Thursday to you all! I've realized that I have never really had that butterflies in the stomach feelings when I see a guy that I really love. Nor have I ever said I love you with a passion, but here are 8 truths when you are in your late twenties. I'm going to be doing this new girl style, with a whole lotta Schmidt and Cece, because I think that they are the best couple on the show.

If you meet "the one" tell them! Don't let them get away. Because you will never know what happens if you let that happen. I haven't had the privilege to meet the one yet, but you can bet your ass that when I do, I will tell them exactly how I feel.
Support from your friends is a big one. If you don't have support from a working system, then you might find yourself alone. And that's a big no no.
Passion is a big part of the creative world. Even if you aren't creative, you should be passionate about something/someone.
You will be shocked at certain things, like friends getting pregnant, or getting married. But it's alright, as long as you are doing something you love. You do you!
I don't think I need to elaborate on this one too much.
Don't take your life, or your friends for granted.

This post is for all my single ladies out there! A couple of years ago, one my friends made a comment about this guy I was seeing, and she said, "Where do you meet all these good looking guys from? And where can I get one for myself?" Maybe not in those exact words, but she said something similar. I have to say there are 6 keys to finding someone attractive. Now my version of attractive might not be the same for you, but I think these 6 keys will help anyone find the best person for you to date.

1. Confidence:
I'm always super confident. Even when I feel like crap, I will try to exude confidence. It's like it this: "Fake it till you make it". And if you are shy, or just overall not talkative, people will notice. You should try to open up. When I used to go to parties with my friends, I would always try to talk to someone. Even if the topic is on something random, like, "Hey, how do you like this dip over here? I think it's __________. (Fill in with whatever you want)" The thing I'm trying to say, is get out there, meet some new people! Talk, communicate, and be open to hanging out with new friends! You never know what kind of opportunities will open up, once you go out there and explore the world.

2. Cockiness:
Now this might be a big no no for some of you, but if you act cocky then you might just get the attention of that fella you were eyeing earlier. But be warned, don't be too cocky, because you might just turn him away. You need to balance cockiness, with confidence. If you just a little bit cocky, with a whole lot of confidence, then you are good to go. 15% cockiness, with 85% confidence is the way to go. Just make sure that your cockiness doesn't exceed 50% or more. Because that will be a turn off for guys. Just saying.

3. Know your limits:
No guy, and I repeat NO GUY wants a drunk girl on their hands all night. Sorry, I've been there done that. And the biggest turn off for anyone is having to babysit your drunk ass all night. So if you are going to go out with your girl friends for a night out, please make sure you know your limits. You don't want to get wasted, and then have that cute guy look at you, like you're a nuisance.

4. Guys are like girls... Somewhat:
Now, I know this might sound a little weird, but most guys are like girls. And in fact men actually want to settle down. I know, I know, it sounds ridiculous doesn't it? Well there were several surveys done by match.com, askmen, and esquire, and 96% of men want to get married. Which might sound kind of crazy but it's true. If men really want to settle down, they will. And if you are the right person for him, then hey who knows maybe you snagged the guy of your dreams.

5. Don't string along a guy:
I'm guilty of this. I mean who isn't? I feel like this is probably one lesson I should take seriously... But sometimes it's not always the girl's fault. Some guys are just crazy/needy/whiny. Or anything that ends in a Y. And you just need to cut those guys off, if you feel like they are no longer an important part of your life. I know it's hard, but some of these guys just need to know that it won't work out with you. And if they can't handle it, then it's their problem, not yours. Once you cut off the guy who's been clingy or whatever, you will be open to possibilities of dating other guys.

6. Don't rush:
And don't rush things with a guy that you might not really like, or who isn't nice to you! If you get into a relationship with a guy who's a jerk to you, you need to leave! And I mean straight up run away screaming your head off leave! And if you start dating someone who you don't really like, you need to let that person know how you feel. Because girlfriend, that goes along with #5. And trust me, you don't want to date someone you don't like. Because if later on things start to get serious, and you find little imperfects about him you are going to hate yourself for staying with him. By the way whoever the fuck termed "Forever Alone" should probably go die in a ditch somewhere.

I don't limit myself on what I consume. I don't think there should be such a thing as limiting what you take in for energy. Now I know some people will disagree with me, saying you shouldn't eat meat, and other stuff, but what happens when you get a craving for a certain food? I read the book Skinny Bitch earlier this summer, and the book has some good insights, and some bad ones.

Cravings: 

If I crave something I will eat it. For example chips. I know they are bad for me, hell they're bad for everyone, but I will only take a handful of chips on a plate and eat it. I don't sit there and eat the entire bag of chips (that should be reserved for crappy breakups with asshole ex-boyfriends, and possibly sad movies only) I like ice cream like the next person, but I rarely eat a whole tub of it. Because I know that if I eat too much of it, it isn't good for me. Cravings are a part of being a human, but you have to control how much you intake, unless you're pregnant, then by all means go ahead and eat anything you want.

Buying Food: 

If I go to the grocery store, I pick up the smaller size of whatever it is I'm buying. I pick up a pint of ice cream, or the small sized bread. I don't go for the huge ginormous tub of ice cream. That should only be reserved for Costco runs and it should be limited to toilet paper and tissue paper only. If there is a small size pick it up. I know, it saves money to buy the big one, but trust me, if you pick up the big one, and you see it in the fridge or on the counter, you are more likely to pick it up and eat it. And unless you are planning on feeding the entire country, and it's just you by yourself, then please choose wisely.

Moderation: 

I eat moderately. Which is what I think everyone should do. I know, I post pictures on instagram with a huge plate, but usually that plate is more or less for my brother. He's a lot taller than me, and therefore needs to consume a lot more food. I usually take a smaller plate and load my food on it. Trust me when I say what you've heard is correct. Half of your plate should be veggies, and a small palm size should be meat. Don't be piling up the protein (meat) part of your plate up to the ceiling. What are we kids, on a candy high on halloween?  Ain't nobody got time for that.

White Rice, White Bread: 

I eat white rice and white bread like no other. Mainly because it's cheaper and because I grew up in an "Asian" household. What that means is that even though we do have brown rice at my house, and every once in while, we have wheat bread, it doesn't deter from the fact that we still carry white rice, and white bread at my place. So my thing is moderation is key. Don't eat 2 bowls of white rice at dinner. I usually only fill my bowl which by the way is small, up halfway. If I feel hungry afterwards, I will make a smoothie, with frozen fruits, and water. Or I will drink a large mug of hot tea (I prefer peppermint, green, or chamomile tea).

Cheat Days: 

You can have cheat days. I have a cheat day once a week. This usually ends up being on Friday for me. Friday is the day when the week is over, and I feel a little more relaxed, and I'm able to eat a little more. Though honestly, I still don't even eat that much. For example, when we go out to eat hamburgers, I will usually just eat my burger, and my fries. I rarely go for seconds.

Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner:

If I end up not eating that much during the daytime, I have a tendency to get really hungry later on. So I always try to eat something even if it's small, or not that much. If you've heard of this saying "Eat a big breakfast, a moderate lunch, and a small dinner", that saying is true. I don't often eat that much for dinner anymore, because I eat a lot more during the day time. Besides why do you need to eat such a big dinner? It's the evening, and you aren't going to be burning off the calories! Unless you are going to go exercise at night time. And if you are the type of person who exercises before dinner time, you should change your mentality to eat a smaller dinner. I have a tendency to exercise after dinner because it's cooler over here in SoCal (please be advised that your geographical location is important) during the summertime.
